The idea of building a hotel
in Pereslavl had emerged at
the Modular Buildings Plant long
before the construction started.

Trading rows and inns were
traditionally located on what
is known today as
Plescheevskaya Street.

With the support of the
mayor of Pereslavl a
place for the future hotel
has been selected.

The land for the hotel is
"a- waiting" while the
necessary permits and
approvals are being received.

thermal and sound insulation.

After all the utility services had been
connected, the dug up patch of land
to the right of the building was
properly landscaped and asphalted.

The building acquires a look
of completion. The fence setup
is finished. |

The Hotel Zapadnaya, now settled
unseparably on the right bank of
the beautiful Trubezh River, is
awaiting its first guests.
